esseCI, established in 1969, designs and produces Flame Treatment Systems for polyolefins (BOPP, OPP, PE, CPP) PET, PVF, Aluminum, Steel and Paper/Paperboard, in forms of film, sheets, panels and 3D components. Flame Treaters are produced in power range between 5kW and 1800kW, to be integrated both in BIAX lines (up to 10.5m wide) and in converting ones. The company owns an in house R2R pilot line, where it is possible to test benefits coming from flame application on rolls up to 1000mm wide and at speeds up to 800m/min.
